  Quite frankly, this business doesn't even deserve one star due to the horrific manager with the purple hair. They are always raising the prices over any dq and the manager is inconsistent with employees due to the fact that they either quit because they've had enough of her or she fires them for illogical reasons. I know this first hand because I worked there for nearly a year and had to quit because she was constantly criticizing and talking down to me and so many others including fellow managers. She does not take reponsibility for her own actions when she makes mistakes, but instead blames everybody else but herself. I will say that there are amazing people that work there and I loved them all and they have great food, but the manager is what brings everyone down and we lack self-esteem in our jobs because she is the one that bullies and brings everyone's confidence to almost nothing. If we don't meet up to her specific "standards" we instantly get a half hour lecture about everything we're doing wrong. I believe without her, that establishment would be without a doubt an amazing Dairy Queen, but because of my experience I do not recommend anyone to go there during the day. Instead go out at night when there are actually GOOD and HELPFUL managers that won't treat employees and customers like absolute garbage.

  This is the worst DQ in western Canada.
  
  The managers of this establishment have no idea how to lead a team, nor do they know how to interact with and respect their customers.
  
  The poor service and lack of care carries over into the quality of their frozen treats. The peanut buster bars, for example, have the least amount of peanuts and chocolate of any DQ I have ever been to.
  
  The saddest part about this entire situation is how the owners allow this to happen, day in and day out - this is truly shocking.
  
  This review will be overlooked by the owners (as all other reviews here are). I suggest you save yourself the headache and go elsewhere.

  I showed up after the restaurant closed and needed an emergency bday cake! I called and they let me in personalized the cake and everything. Thank you so much!!!

  Lengthy wait times even if its "fan food not fast food". Food is expensive unless you order the value meal - but they are value for a reason - didn't stay full very long. The burger was cooked well and was quite tasty even though the bun was burnt.
