  Food was good, chicken could have been more cooked and ribs had like no meat on them. I told waitress I was celiac and she still put the roll on my plate. Some of the waitresses looked like they hated their jobs.

  I've been here several (I mean a lot) because it's the closest Swiss chalet which is my favorite restaurant. I've always gotten really bad service here and with the same person (won't say who) so I always tip no matter what. But this time I didn't because I'm sick of her attitude towards me and how I'm being treated so I didn't tip her and she asked pretty much why. Like really. So I will 100% not go to okotoks Swiss chalet anymore, I'll just go to Calgary or lethbridge.

  What a joke! On the phone for 20+ minute with the delivery hotline, not able to find the Okotoks location. Once she finally finds it she tells me they don't have fish anymore. It's clearly on the menu and available in the restaurant.

  One of the worst restaurant experiences. We waited at the door for 10 mins before we were acknowledged (which should have been our first hint). Once seated I'd say the restaurant was half full. We ordered our food and an appetizer. An hour later our appetizer arrived at the table, food 10 mins after that. Our server didn't come to the table once from the time we ordered until the food arrived. Food was OK, just not happy waiting an hour to get it in a mostly empty restaurant. We asked for the bill and that process took another 15 mins. Oh and did I mention we had 3 kids under the age of 8 with us (3, 5 and 7). We pick restaurants specifically to cater our kids, so we don't have to try and entertain them for 2 hours and they aren't a disturbance to the other patrons. Start to finish this meal took us an hour and 45 mins. Needless to say we will never be going back again.
